मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को मुख्यमंत्री आवास में उत्तराखण्ड वन विकास निगम के साॅफ्टवेयर ई-ऑक्शन पोर्टल का शुभारम्भ किया। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ई-गवर्नेंस की दिशा में वन विकास निगम का यह एक अच्छा प्रयास है। वन उपजों एवं प्रकाष्ठ के लिए ई-ऑक्शन प्रक्रिया से वन विकास निगम के कार्यों में तेजी आयेगी। प्रकाष्ठ एवं वनोपज क्रय करने वालों को ई-ऑक्शन प्रक्रिया होने से अनावश्यक परेशानी भी नहीं होगी। ई-ऑक्शन की प्रक्रिया से वन विकास निगम के राजस्व में वृद्धि होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि ई-गवर्नेंस की दिशा में राज्य सरकार का विशेष फोकस है, ऑनलाईन माध्यम से लोगों को हर सुविधा मिले इस दिशा में लगातार प्रयास किये जा रहे हैं। ऑनलाईन प्रक्रिया से लोगों को अनावश्यक सरकारी कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़ते हैं एवं समय तथा धन दोनों की बचत होती है। कार्यों में तेजी और पारदर्शिता लाने एवं समय की बचत के लिए डिजिटल माध्यमों का अधिकतम उपयोग जरूरी है।
उत्तराखण्ड वन विकास निगम के अध्यक्ष सुरेश परिहार ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड वन विकास निगम द्वारा वनों के संवर्द्धन, पर्यावरण संरक्षण, लोगों को उच्च गुणवत्तायुक्त प्रकाष्ठ, उपखनिज का उचित दरों पर आपूर्ति में योगदान किया जा रहा है। निगम द्वारा अपने 30 प्रभागों के माध्यम से वन क्षेत्रों में वैज्ञानिक वन प्रबंधन के दृष्टिगत सूखे, उखड़े, गिरे वृक्षों से प्रकाष्ठ का उत्पादन, उपखनिज चुगान एवं प्रकाष्ठ के विक्रय की कार्यवाही की जा रही है।
उत्तराखण्ड वन निगम के प्रबंध निदेशक विनोद कुमार ने कहा कि इस डिजिटल पहल से वनोपज एवं प्रकाष्ठ के विक्रय में प्रगति आयेगी। देशभर से क्रेता ई-ऑक्शन के माध्यम से घर बैठे ही प्रकाष्ठ का क्रय कर सकते हैं। ई-ऑक्शन कार्यवाही से प्रकाष्ठ की नीलामी की कार्यवाही से कार्यप्रणाली में और अधिक तेजी आयेगी। इस साॅफ्टवेयर के माध्यम से अब वनोपज एवं प्रकाष्ठ के विक्रय की कार्यवाही ई-ऑक्शन के माध्यम से की जायेंगी।
