अनलॉक-4 की गाइड लाइन जारी होने के बाद अब उत्तराखंड में बाहर से आने वाले लोग उत्तराखंड से लगे बॉर्डर पर स्थित चौकियों में कोविड टेस्ट करा सकेंगे। चौकियों पर कोविड टेस्ट की व्यवस्था करने का आदेश मुख्य सचिव ओमप्रकाश ने जारी किया है।
उत्तराखंड में बाहर से आने वाले लोगों को अनिवार्य रूप से स्मार्ट सिटी की वेबसाइट पर पंजीकरण कराना है। इसके साथ ही उन्हें आरटी-पीसीआर, ट्रू एनएटी, एनएएटी टेस्ट भारतीय चिकित्सा परिषद की किसी अधिकृत लैब से टेस्ट कराकर इसकी रिपोर्ट वेबसाइट पर अपलोड करनी है।
प्रदेश सरकार ने व्यवस्था कर दी है कि ऐेसे लोग अगर अपने साथ रिपोर्ट नहीं ला पाए हैं या फिर टेस्ट नहीं करवा पाए हैं तो उन्हें सीमा पर कोविड टेस्ट की सुविधा मिलेगी। उन्हें सीमा पर भुगतान करके कोविड टेस्ट कराना होगा।
अगर टेस्ट निगेटिव पाया जाता है तो सोशल डिस्टेंस का पालन कर वे राज्य में प्रवेश कर सकेंगे। अगर पॉजिटिव पाए जाते हैं तो उन्हें क्वारंटीन होना होगा। इसी के साथ मुख्य सचिव ने संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों को सीमा पर कोविड टेस्ट की व्यवस्था करने को भी कहा है।
प्रदेश सरकार ने कोरोना संक्रमण के लगातार बढ़ रहे मामलों को देखते हुए यह कदम उठाया है। इससे कम से कम यह तय हो जाएगा कि बिना रिपोर्ट के कोई राज्य में प्रवेश न करें।
अनलॉक- 4 की गाइडलाइन में प्रदेश सरकार यह स्पष्ट कर चुकी है कि कोविड -19 की चार दिन की नेगेटिव रिपोर्ट लेकर आने वालों को क्वांरटीन नहीं होना होगा। अगर रिपोर्ट नहीं है तो हाई कोविड लोड शहरों से आने वालों को सात दिन संस्थागत क्वारंटीन होना होगा। अन्य शहरों से आने वालों को 14 दिन के लिए होम क्वारंटीन होना पड़ रहा है।
