आम आदमी पार्टी प्रदेश के सभी ज्वलंत मुद्दों को लेकर समय समय पर प्रदर्शन के जरिए विरोध करती रही है । अब आप प्रदेश में बिजली के बढ़े दामों और उपभोक्ताओं के अनाप शनाप बिलों को लेकर मुखर हो गई है। आज आप के प्रदेश प्रवक्ता नवीन पिरशाली ने आप कार्यालय में एक प्रेस वार्ता कर राज्य सरकार पर उर्जा प्रदेश के नाम पर लोगों को छलने का आरोप लगाया है।उन्होंने कहा कि, राज्य सरकार उर्जा प्रदेश का दम भरती है ,लेकिन राज्य सरकार की करस्तानी देखिए कि ,लोगों के घरों में बिजली तो आ नही रही लेकिन बिजली के बढे हुए बिल जरुर समय पर पहुंच जाते हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि ये हाल उस उर्जा प्रदेश का है जो कई राज्यों को तो बिजली सप्लाई करता है ,लेकिन अपने ही प्रदेश की जनता को अंधेरे में रखा है यानी दिया तले अंधेरा वाली कहावत चरितार्थ हो रही है । आप प्रवक्ता ने कहा, सरकार पूरी तरह से बिजली की पूर्ति उपभोक्ताओं तक नहीं कर पा रही है लेकिन बिजली के बढे दाम और अनाप शनाप बिल भेजकर उपभोक्ताओं को परेशान करने का काम जरूर कर रही है । जिसके लिए आप कार्यकर्ता पूरे प्रदेश में कल 7 जुलाई से 11 जुलाई तक विरोध स्वरूप अपना प्रदर्शन करेंगे ताकि उत्तराखंड की जनता को उनका हक मिल सके और बिजली बिलों को लेकर उपभोक्ताओं को परेशान न होना पड़े।
आप प्रवक्ता ने कहा, बीते वर्ष से पूरा देश कोरोना महामारी से जूझ रहा है और हजारों लोग इससे जहां एक ओर हताहत हुए तो कई लोगों का रोजगार कोरोना महामारी ने छीन लिया। जिस कारण लोगों की आर्थिकी पर इसका गहरा असर पडा है लेकिन राज्य सरकार इसके बावजूद भी उपभोक्ताओं,व्यापारियों या समाज के सभी वर्गों को बिजली बिलों में छूट देने के बजाय बिजली के दाम भी बढ़ा दिए और अब उपभोक्ताओं पर अनाप शनाप बिल भेजकर अतिरिक्त बोझ डालने का काम कर रही है।
उन्होंने कहा कि आज हालात ये हो गए हैं कि सरकार ने जनता का मानसिक शोषण करना भी शुरु कर दिया है।चाहे प्रदेश का आम नागरिक हो या फिर यहां का व्यापारी हर वर्ग बिजली के बढते दामों से बहुत आहत और परेशान है । उन्होंने दिल्ली सरकार का उदाहरण देते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली की केजरीवाल सरकार वहां की जनता को मुफ्त बिजली पानी मुहैया करा रही है तो ऐसे में उत्तराखंड की सरकार क्यों नहीं यहां की जनता को मुफ्त बिजली मुहैया करवा रही है । उन्होंने कहा ,सरकारों की इच्छाशक्ति हो तो सब संभव होता है दिल्ली में दिल्ली सरकार बिजली खरीद कर अपनी जनता को मुफ्त बिजली मुहैया करवा रही जबकि उत्तराखंड तो ऊर्जा प्रदेश है,यहां बिजली पैदा होती,यहां से दूसरे प्रदेशों को सप्लाई होती फिर क्यों नहीं यहां की सरकारें जनता को मुफ्त बिजली मुहैया करवाती है ।
ये उत्तराखंड की जनता का हक बनता है कि सरकारों द्वारा उनको मुफ्त बिजली दी जानी चाहिए । उन्होंने बीजेपी सरकार पर जनता के हक को मारने का आरोप लगाया ।
उन्होंने कहा कि आम आदमी पार्टी उत्तराखंड की जनता के साथ खड़ी है और उत्तराखंड में बढ़े बिजली के दरों,उपभोक्ताओं के अनाप शनाप बिलों को लेकर आम आदमी पार्टी पूरे प्रदेश में प्रदर्शन करने जा रही है । जिसके लिए आप कार्यकर्ता कल 7 जुलाई से पूरे प्रदेश भर में ,बिजली बिल आहुती अभियान चलाएगी जिसमें आप कार्यकर्ता पूरे प्रदेश में बिजली के बिल जलाएंगे। उन्होंने आगे कहा कि आगामी 9 जुलाई को आप कार्यकर्ता बिजली की मंहगी हुई दरों के खिलाफ पूरे प्रदेश में अपना विशाल प्रदर्शन करेंगे और 11 जुलाई को आप पार्टी के सभी कार्यकर्ता मंहगी बिजली के विरोध में प्रदेश की सभी 70 विधानसभाओं में बीजेपी विधायकों ,मंत्रियों के आवासों का घेराव करेंगे। इसलिए आप पार्टी सरकार को एक बार फिर से आगाह करते हुए चेतावनी देती है कि प्रदेश की जनता को दिल्ली की तर्ज पर जल्द से जल्द मुफ्त बिजली मुहैया करवाए ताकि बिजली के बढे हुए बिलों को लेकर उपभोक्ताओं को किसी तरह की कोई समस्या न हो और उत्तराखंड की जनता को उनका हक मिल सके । आम आदमी पार्टी उत्तराखंड की जनता के हकों की लड़ाई में उनके साथ खड़ी रहेगी।
