मुख्यमंत्री तीरथ सिंह रावत के निर्देश पर 18 से 44 आयु वर्ग के नागरिकों के लिए राज्य में 10 मई 2021 से टीकाकरण का कार्य आरम्भ किया जा रहा है।
उत्तराखण्ड में 18 से 44 आयु वर्ग के लोगों के टीकाकरण के लिए राज्य सरकार द्वारा कोविड वैक्सीन का क्रय किया जा रहा है तथा कोविस 19 वैक्सीन की निर्माता कम्पनी द्वारा कोविड वैक्सीन की आशिक आपूर्ति कर दी गयी है। सचिव स्वास्थ्य श्री अमित नेगी ने वैक्सीन प्राप्त होने की जानकारी देते हुए बताया कि आज 08 मई 2021 को 4 बजकर 20 मिनट पर कोविशील्ड वैक्सीन की 1 लाख डोज इंडिगो एयरलाईन की उड़ान संख्या 68 953/04881236 से देहरादून जौलीग्रांट पहुंची, जहां से उसे प्राप्त कर राज्य औषधि भण्डार केन्द्र, चन्दरनगर के कोल्ड स्टोर / वॉक इन कूलर में रख दिया गया है और सभी जनपदों को आपूर्ति की जा रही है।
सचिव अमित नेगी ने बताया कि यह वैक्सीन 18 से 44 आयु वर्ग के नागरिकों के लिए है और अब राज्य में 10 मई 2021 से टीकाकरण का कार्य आरम्भ कर दिया जायेगा। अमित नेगी के अनुसार कोविड-19 टीकाकरण अभियान के इस आयु वर्ग के अन्तर्गत उत्तराखण्ड के लगभग 50 लाख लोगों को निशुल्क वैक्सीन दी. जायेगी। यह टीकाकरण केन्द्रों पर होगा जिसकी जानकारी कोविन पोर्टल पर लाभार्थियों को मिलेगी। ज्ञातव्य है कि टीकाकरण के लिए 18 से 44 आयु वर्ग के लाभार्थियों हेतु 28 अप्रैल 2021 से कोदिन पोर्टल और आरोग्य सेतू पर रजिस्ट्रेशन की सुविधा आरम्भ कर दी गयी थी जिसमें रजिस्ट्रेशन कराने वाले साभार्थियों को टीकाकरण कराने से पूर्व ऑनलाईन अपॉइंटमेंट लेना अनिवार्य है। लाभार्थियों को अपॉइंटमेंट प्राप्त
होने के पश्चात् ही टीकाकरण केन्द्रों पर वैक्सीनेशन के लिए जाना होगा।
वैक्सीन केवल Colwin या आरोग्य सेतु के माध्यम से स्व पंजीकरण एवं अग्रिम अपॉइंटमेंट के बाद दी जायेगी। पंजीकरण के लिए selfregistration.cowin.gov.in पर लॉगइन करना आवश्यक है। रजिस्ट्रेशन की प्रक्रिया कोविन पोर्टल पर उपलब्ध है।
